This two-phased, $11 million project completed construction of a diamond interchange at I-225 and Colfax Avenue. Phase three constructed the I-225 southbound slip ramp onto I-225 and widened the bridge over Colfax. Phase four reconstructed the I-225 northbound on-ramp at Colfax providing an elevated collector/distributor road with a new concrete girder bridge. Additional scope included MSE retaining and sound walls, two water quality ponds, and utilities.
