This project was a fast track project for BNSF to perform Stabilization under one of their existing lines. The work was safely successfully completed in the window, the project site had determined contaminated material, as a team we were able to work thru and mitigate some of this material to save amount of loads needed to be shipped to the landfill.
Major Achievements
This project was all completed under a 14 hr window. Due to the critical nature of the schedule we did some early added exploration to reduce the amount of contaminated material that would be removed from the site.
Savings
SEMA worked with the owner to come up with savings on the project that amounted to $25,000.
