This project consists of constructing a 100-foot bridge over the Big Thompson secondary channel; reconstruction of the roadway with a profile increase; removal of a portion of Fire Engine Red Street; construction of a new curb, gutter, and sidewalk; restoration of the landscaping at Fairgrounds Park; and coordination with BNSF Railway and the City of Loveland.
