SEMA was recently awarded the Gateway Drive Extension project from the city of Alamonte Springs, Florida. This new $9,000,000 project includes the construction of approximately 1.6 miles of roadway, connecting Keller Road with SR 434 as well as a connection to SR 414, Maitland Blvd. The project includes earthwork, drainage, utilities, base work, concrete flatwork, signage, pavement markings, asphalt paving, hardscaping and landscaping. This project is scheduled for completion in 2013.
