The Scope of Work consists of phased-surface transportation improvements involving the RCID controlled access interchange of Epcot Center Drive (ECD) and East Buena Vista Drive (BVD) and the roadways that convey traffic to and from these roadways. Additional project scope includes modifications to the existing stormwater management facilities and to the existing drainage collection and conveyance systems, construction of new stormwater management facilities and drainage collection and conveyance systems, project-wide safety improvements.
