Brett Ames, President and Chief Executive Officer, he serves as a key liaison between departments, equipping teams with real-time access to accurate, actionable data that supports operational growth and performance.
Specializing in data harvesting and predictive analytics, Venkata transforms raw information into strategic insights, giving leadership visibility into key performance indicators that drive informed decisions. Deeply integrated into Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) and Progressive Design-Build (PDB) projects, he applies data-driven analysis to assess costs, manage risk, and drive innovation - helping teams optimize project outcomes.
Beyond analytics, Venkata evaluates emerging technologies that enhance safety, budgeting, and operational efficiency. He plays a critical role in SEMA’s digital transformation, ensuring that the company leverages cutting-edge tools to improve project execution.
