Reporting to Tony Swedin, Vice President, Heavy Rail, National, he leads business development, risk assessment, and procurement strategies that strengthen SEMA’s market position.
A recognized expert in Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) and collaborative contracting, Scott plays a key role in cost optimization, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring pricing certainty and seamless project execution. He is highly sought after for constructability reviews, engineering guidance, and preconstruction planning, helping owners develop sustainable, high-value infrastructure solutions.
Scott collaborates across all SEMA districts, reinforcing rail process consistency and industry expectations.
