As Senior Vice President, Texas District and Special Projects Group, Robert Stevens leads SEMA’s Texas operations while overseeing the Special Projects Group nationwide. Reporting to T. Brett Ames, CEO, Corporate & District President, California, Rocky Mountain, Texas & Mid-Atlantic, he manages regional operations, business development, and project execution in Texas while also spearheading SEMA’s largest and most complex mega projects across the country.
With over 30 years of experience, Robert is a recognized industry expert in Joint Ventures, Alternative Delivery, and Progressive Design-Build, specializing in Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and risk-based project execution. His deep expertise in collaborative contracting, stakeholder engagement, and cost-risk analysis ensures that SEMA continues to be a leader in the heavy civil infrastructure sector.
Beyond project execution, Robert plays a key role in business strategy, financial planning, and stakeholder management. His ability to align operational goals with market expansion supports SEMA’s growth into high-profile infrastructure markets.
