    As Corporate Vice President of Finance, Raymond Reed safeguards SEMA's fiscal strength and positions the company for long-term success. He directs financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency across the organization. Reporting directly to Brett Ames, CEO and Corporate/District President for California and the Rocky Mountain Region, Raymond provides the financial stewardship necessary to align SEMA’s resources with its strategic objectives.

    Raymond works exclusively with each District President on financial matters and collaborates with every SEMA subsidiary to produce a single, consolidated financial statement. This process ensures district and subsidiary financials are precise, consistent, and fully aligned with corporate goals. These results roll directly up to the CEO, reinforcing strong accountability and a disciplined financial structure.

    His responsibilities include general ledger accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, oversight of corporate and third-party audits, and management of all banking relationships. Raymond is also recognized as an expert in financial reporting not only for joint ventures but also for alternative delivery contracts, including CMAR, CM/GC, and Progressive Design-Build. This specialized expertise ensures that complex partnerships and innovative project structures are managed with precision, integrity, and full transparency – directly supporting SEMA’s mission of being the best partner in the industry.

    Beyond technical oversight, Raymond provides actionable insights that strengthen decision-making and enhance execution across projects and regions. His leadership bridges district operations with strong financial discipline, reinforcing SEMA’s commitment to accountability, efficiency, and cost control.
