As Senior Controller, Raymond leads the financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal control functions that underpin SEMA’s fiscal strength and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, he ensures the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial processes across the organization.

Raymond oversees general ledger accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and coordination of financial audits. He works closely with operational leadership, project teams, and executive management to deliver timely, transparent financial insights that support informed decision-making and strategic execution. His leadership bridges field operations with strong financial discipline, reinforcing SEMA’s commitment to fiscal responsibility across every project and region.

Guided by SEMA’s core values of Hungry, Humble, Tough, and Smart, Raymond plays a critical role in advancing the company’s financial systems and reporting capabilities to align with SEMA’s evolving business model and infrastructure focus. His work ensures that financial rigor and accountability remain foundational to SEMA’s continued success.

Raymond is a proud husband to Allison and a dedicated father to Aidan. He loves spending time outdoors with family and friends, especially camping and hiking.
