    As Senior Vice President, Rocky Mountain District and National Pricing Expert, Mark Brooks oversees all district operations while leading company-wide pricing strategies. Reporting to T. Brett Ames, CEO, Corporate and District President, California, Rocky Mountain, Texas and Mid-Atlantic, he plays a key role in strategic growth, project cost optimization, and operational excellence.

    Mark is deeply committed to mentorship and professional development, ensuring his team has the skills and knowledge to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. He proactively identifies market trends, spearheads growth initiatives, and strengthens SEMA’s position as an industry leader in alternative delivery and large-scale infrastructure projects.

    As SEMA’s National Pricing Expert, Mark ensures consistency and alignment in pricing practices across all districts, refining cost strategies, risk assessment, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge. He is regularly deployed to lead SEMA’s largest and most complex Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) projects, serving as a subject matter expert, pricing expert, and risk manager, ensuring cost-effective, innovative solutions while maintaining collaborative partnerships with project owners and stakeholders.

Married for 28 years, he is a proud father to a son following in his footsteps in the construction industry.
