Lance has a strong passion for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) and Progressive Design-Build (PDB), recognizing their ability to streamline project execution, enhance collaboration, and drive cost efficiencies. He specializes in bridging procurement with field execution, ensuring teams have the resources, schedules, and support needed for successful project delivery.
