    As Vice President of the Florida District, Justin Oakes oversees preconstruction, project management, and field operations, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to Brad Spies, Florida District President, he is responsible for aligning district operations with SEMA’s long-term goals while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

    Justin is deeply involved at the project level, working closely with owners, project managers, and field teams to troubleshoot challenges, resolve escalations, and provide hands-on leadership. His focus on efficiency, innovation, and teamwork has been key to the district’s growth and success.

    A trusted leader in alternative delivery methods, Justin specializes in Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), and collaborative contracting, ensuring that projects are delivered with optimal value and minimized risk. His ability to balance project execution with strategic growth initiatives makes him an integral part of SEMA’s expansion in the Florida market.
