As Vice President, Rocky Mountain District and National Alternate Delivery Expert, Jeff Markle plays a key leadership role in preconstruction, operations, and alternative delivery methodologies. Reporting to Mark Brooks, Senior Vice President, Rocky Mountain District, he oversees preconstruction efforts across multiple contracting methodologies while directly managing SEMA’s Structures Division. In this role, Carson T. Carney, Vice President, Structures and Engineering, reports to him, ensuring seamless execution of structural engineering and construction.

Jeff leads SEMA’s Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) program, overseeing its execution locally and nationally. As a recognized national expert in innovative contracting, he guides CM/GC projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and risk mitigation. He works closely with owners, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and optimize delivery strategies.
