Role and Responsibilities
As Vice President of Alternative Delivery, Corporate, Geoff Mestas leads SEMA’s Alternative Delivery Group nationwide, overseeing the pursuit, procurement, and execution of progressive contracting projects nationwide. Reporting directly to T. Brett Ames, CEO, Corporate and District President, California, Rocky Mountain, Texas and Mid-Atlantic, he ensures SEMA remains an industry leader in collaborative contracting and progressive delivery methods.
A recognized expert in Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Progressive Design-Build (PDB), and other alternative delivery models, Geoff assesses risk, value engineering, and stakeholder engagement to optimize project outcomes. His hands-on approach allows him to work directly with project teams, owners, and industry leaders, guiding procurement and execution to ensure seamless project delivery.
