This $11.5 million award-winning project will reconstruct the existing interchange at Fillmore Street and I-25 in Colorado Springs, CO. The reconstructed interchange will be a diverging diamond interchange. Two new 2-span bridges will replace the existing structure. Each bridge is approximately 215 FT in length comprised of precast concrete U girders (U60). Additional work includes lengthening the SB off-ramp and the NB on-ramp.

“Thanks to a job well done with the Fillmore work over the past two weekends. I know this was a challenging period in many people’s lives as people put in long hours and time away from family. I recognize and see the hard work. It is a benefit to the traveling public as we will have a chance to finish early. I can already tell that traffic is running better.Take care, be safe and watch out for each other.” CDOT, Fillmore/I-25 Project Owner
