ENR Southwest is pleased to announce SEMA Construction’s BNSF Fort Sumner Double Track and Pecos River Bridge is the recipient of its 2017 Best Projects competition in the Highways/Bridges category. This competition is open to projects in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. A panel of eight judges represented the varied demographic imprints in the industry — from project manager to vice presidents and senior architects.
